SIDSOLVE is Dedicated Professional Support for Business and Government Agencies. We assign a dedicated technical person or staff to a site and they manage it, period. By leveraging built-in technologies and industry standard tools we can manage and troubleshoot from remote locations. However, this is by no means a hands off administrative solution by unknown techs in a far off location. Through our experience we have found that nothing replaces an on-site technician. That is why we schedule regular visits to the site. We know that little issues can be overlooked or put off creating giant problems down the road. We avoid this by providing a vigilant eye for trouble, and interfacing directly with the management and employees in the environment.
Our SIDSOLVE Services Agreement is meant to provide extensive, dedicated support for a specific computing environment. It is exactly that, an agreement, not a contract. If for any reason a client has an issue with our services we will do everything in our power to make it right. If we cannot do enough, our client is free to seek help elsewhere without having to worry about broken contracts, hidden fees, or obligations beyond that of the services rendered.
