SIDSITE Services Agreement provides support to very small business environments and complex in-home networks on a call by call basis. It is exactly that, an agreement, not a contract. If for any reason a client has an issue with our services we will do everything in our power to make it right. If we cannot do enough, our client is free to seek help elsewhere without having to worry about broken contracts, hidden fees, or obligations beyond that of the services rendered.
