The SIDSTAFF Services Agreement provides short and long term staff augmentation to assist in technology projects or systems administration. It is exactly that, an agreement, not a contract. If for any reason a client has an issue with our services we will do everything in our power to make it right. If we cannot do enough, our client is free to seek help elsewhere without having to worry about broken contracts, hidden fees, or obligations beyond that of the services rendered
