SIDSITE provides support to very small business environments and complex in-home networks on a call by call basis. The SIDSTAFF Services Agreement provides short and long term staff augmentation to assist in technology projects or systems and network administration. SIDSHIFT is a relocation management service for office and data center moves. And finally, SIDSave is a secure, on-demand remote assistance system that allows remote troubleshooting and administration of servers and workstations.
