Malware, viruses, and simple system errors can cause a loss in productivity. SIDSAVE helps keep downtime to a minimum. By using a secure, client initiated connection we can visit a malfunctioning system remotely in very little time. The software allows a temporary connection into the system and allows us to troubleshoot issues immediately. When the work is done the connection is terminated and the software is automatically removed from the host system. It's clean, safe, and fast.
